FASTRAX Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the FASTRAX Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to participate in the FASTRAX Affiliate Program.
• Affiliates must have an active and legitimate website, blog, or social media presence.
• FASTRAX reserves the right to review and reject any affiliate applications for any reason at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates are responsible for promoting FASTRAX products and services in an ethical and lawful manner.
• Affiliates are prohibited from using false, misleading, or deceptive claims in their promotional efforts.
• Any content promoting FASTRAX must adhere to the brand guidelines provided by FASTRAX.
• Affiliates must not engage in any illegal or spamming activities to promote FASTRAX products.

3. Affiliate Links

• FASTRAX will provide unique referral links to track affiliate sales.
• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their referral links are properly formatted.
• You may place affiliate links on your website, blog, or social media channels.

4. Commission Structure

• Affiliates will earn a percentage of sales generated through their referral link. The current commission rate is 1%
• Commission rates are subject to change at FASTRAX’s discretion, with notice provided to affiliates.

5. Payment

• Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, within 15 days after the end of each month.
• Payments will only be processed once the affiliate's commission reaches a minimum of 5000 PKR. If this threshold is not met, the affiliate will not be eligible for payment.
• If an affiliate does not reach a commission of 2000 PKR within a 6-month period, the affiliate account will be terminated, no payment will be made, and the affiliate will forfeit any accrued commissions. The affiliate cannot claim any commission after termination.
• Payments are made via [Payment Method].
• FASTRAX reserves the right to withhold payments if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

• Bidding on FASTRAX-branded keywords or variations thereof in pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
• Promoting FASTRAX in any misleading, unethical, or offensive manner.
• Using unauthorized advertising methods such as pop-ups, cookie stuffing, or click fraud.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without cause.
• FASTRAX reserves the right to withhold unpaid commissions if the affiliate is found in violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• FASTRAX will not be liable for any damages, lost profits, or indirect, special, or consequential damages related to the affiliate program.

9. Modification

• FASTRAX reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By participating in the FASTRAX Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
